IF THERE IS A BRANCH WITHIN 30KM TO YOU, YOU CAN CHOOSE THE PICK UP SHIPPING OPTION. If you choose this option in error please let us know IMMEDIATELY. SHIPPING IS 3-8 BUSINESS DAYS.

WE WILL CHOOSE THE BRANCH CLOSEST TO YOUR HOME.

Our Pick up option is a fully tracked service that makes use of our partnership with the Chit Chats network to expedite shipments across Canada to pick up at a Chit Chats branch near them.

 - Locations: Branches and Drop Spots | Chit Chats . Once you select PICK UP you MUST BE ABLE TO PICK YOUR ORDER UP DURING BRANCH HOURS LISTED or Contact THE BRANCH to extend your 7 day pick up window. 

HOW IT WORKS - 

Once a shipment becomes available for pickup at the desired branch, the recipient will receive a notification by SMS or email containing a link to view the shipment tracking or reserve a pickup window. This link will always begin with chitchats.com and we will never ask your recipient for payment or other personal information via SMS or email. If you have not received a notification and it is past the estimated delivery date, please check your spam folder as it may be incorrectly filtered to junk mail. 

When picking up a shipment, recipients must provide one of the following:

  • Full name of the recipient 
  • Shipment ID 

The package will be available for pickup at our branch for a period of 7 business days. After the seventh business day the shipments will be processed for return. If you cannot collect your shipment within the pickup time frame, please contact your location to extend the pickup date. 

Can I pick up my shipment outside of the branch hours of operation?

Chit Chats Collect is a low-cost option that allows customers to pick up their items at a Chit Chats branch near them and save on shipping. Before you make the selection to ship with our most affordable Canadian service, we recommend that you choose a location that fits your schedule as all packages sent to participating branches must be picked up within their hours of operation. 

What if I cannot make it in to pick up my shipment during the branch hours of operation?

We understand the challenges that some recipients have making our current branch hours. If you anticipate being unable to pick up your shipment within the seven business day time frame, we recommend contacting your location to extend the pickup date.  

If you are unable to contact our client support before the seventh business day to extend your pickup date, your shipment will be returned to the sender. At which point you will need to contact the seller to organize a reshipment of your item.
