Returns / Exchanges

In the instance that you are unhappy with their purchase:

A refund can be issued provided the item(s) are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and $5 restocking fee will be deducted per item over $20.

Shipping costs associated with the purchase will not be refunded.

In the instance that our product is defective:

Please send a photograph and email of the defect to Hello@Oneberrie.ca and we will happily remedy the situation.

Due to the nature of our linens, after 90 days, we are unable to accept any more exchanges or returns as we have no control over washing, drying or handling practices. Sorry!
